Due to the nature of the human cloud, we find privacy very important. Of course, you don't want others to access your knowledge! We therefore make every effort to do this, for example, we are ISO27001 and NEN 7510 certified. Privacy by design and default are also explicitly included in the development process.

Providing our services

As a customer, you can make use of our services.

For this purpose, we process the following personal data:

• (Business) email address
• Organization name (optional)
• Payment details
• Billing information
• Any content of correspondence

We use this information to execute the agreement we enter into with you and to maintain the resulting relationships. We keep this information for the duration of the agreement. We keep some data longer if we are obliged to do so (for example, due to the tax retention period of seven years).

Statistics and profiling

We keep anonymous statistics about the use of our website. For example, with Google Analytics. With these statistics, we improve our website in order to only show relevant information or to improve the usability of our website. For example, improving the mobile version of our website or making articles that are often read easier to find.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. The personal data that we process for this purpose are: your first name and email address. Your email address will be added to the list of subscribers only with your permission. Once you have unsubscribed from the newsletter, we will delete your personal data.

Marketing expressions

We'd love to tell you more about our products and services. We share this information by email, via social media or by phone. To do this, we keep track of what you have previously requested or read from us so that we do not bother you unnecessarily with information that you do not find interesting. You can object to this advertisement at any time. You can unsubscribe from this via the unsubscribe link in the emails you receive from us. You can also indicate this when you receive a call. You will only receive messages from us if you have given permission to do so or we think it is important that you are aware of the latest developments. The personal data that we process for this purpose are: your first and last name, telephone number and email address. At the end of the relationship, these are deleted. We may also ask for your feedback about our website, e-books, and events in which we participate. We may ask for this feedback via email or by phone.

Advertisements

Our website only shows advertisements for our own products and services and therefore not from third parties. We see if people find them interesting and use this information to only provide relevant or interesting advertisements and offers in the future.

Request a demo

On our website, you can request a demo of one of our services. To ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service, we ask for some personal data from you when requesting a demo. The personal data that we process for this purpose are: your first and last name, email address and telephone number. After we no longer need your data, it will be deleted. We will delete your data no later than 2 years after receiving it.

Job application

You want to work with us, how nice! In order to make this process run as smoothly as possible, we collect your resume and cover letter. This collects the personal data that we need for a correct assessment of your application. The personal data that we process are: your name and address details, your contact details, possibly your business profile (via LinkedIn), your resume, your cover letter, possible references and other information that you may provide to us. After we no longer need your data, it will be deleted. In any case, your personal data will be deleted no later than 6 months after we receive your application.

Provision to other companies or institutions

We will not provide your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, unless it is necessary to perform our service or if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this when a crime is suspected).

We work with certain companies. These partners can therefore receive your personal data. This is necessary to provide you with what you have requested on our website. Think of a marketing company that helps us improve our website, create ads or send emails. These companies are obliged to keep your information confidential. We make agreements with these companies regarding the processing of personal data. These agreements are laid down in a so-called processing agreement.

We use Google's reCAPTCHA service to protect our website from spam and abuse.
