On Tuesday, April 9, 2024, we are organizing another Embrace User Day especially for housing associations!

During this event, we will focus on the topics of functional management, IT, communication and customer service. In short: everything that contributes to your service, whether it's in front of or behind the scenes.

The program

Embrace's user day is a fully catered day including lunch. Sign up for two of the following knowledge sessions:

💡 Session 1: Learn from Wooncompagnie and Intermaris
Be inspired by Wooncompagnie and Intermaris during this session. You'll hear how Embrace is used “outside the door” at Wooncompagnie and how continuous optimization and expansion have been given a place throughout the organization by the improvement team at Intermaris.
Whether you're just live or have been familiar with Embrace software for a long time, this session offers useful tips and valuable insights for everyone.

💡 Session 2: Omnichannel customer contact with Embrace
Discover the power of omnichannel customer contact during this session. Learn how our customer contact software can be linked to various channels such as web chat, email, telephony, Facebook and WhatsApp to improve communication with your customers.

💡 Session 3: Co-creation between Lefier and Embrace: quality of life records in Customers
Lefier faced the challenge of dealing with complex quality of life issues in a good and uniform way. This involved a lot; 80 colleagues, different teams and working methods, templates, reporters, causative agents, communication, the legal aspect, the lead time. And a system that supports all of this. Together, we set to work in a co-creation process.

Lefier is now live with quality of life records within Customers. During this session, we'll tell you more about this.

💡 Session 4: Digital Income Statement
The time has finally come: all housing associations are now allowed to use the digital income statement. Through MijnOverheid, home seekers can easily, quickly and securely share their income data with housing associations. Embrace was the first software supplier to connect a number of housing associations to this link. We would love to share our experiences, advantages and disadvantages with you.

💡 Session 5: Data-driven work with Embrace

Embrace strives to offer customers and BI integration parties a best-practice solution in the field of BI. Our goal? Better integration of BI information and the stimulation of data-driven work.

Over the past period, we have taken significant steps in this mission, and... there is much more in the pipeline! During this session:

  • We will inform you about our latest developments and the benefits they can bring to you.
  • We reserve time for interaction and will there be time for experts to share ideas and experiences in the field of BI and work in a data-driven way.
  • Together, we will brainstorm about new applications of data analysis within the sector.
