Embrace The Human Cloud will be at the PROVADA real estate fair in the RAI in Amsterdam with Aareon on 13 to 15 June.
On Wednesday, June 14 and Thursday, June 15, Jelte Korf will give a presentation at the stand at Aareon about omnichannel customer contact: how do you organize? operational excellence and are you increasing the value of your services at the same time?
24/7 customer contact and self-service
Embrace has been part of Aareon NL since March 17. This creates a unique proposition and you can now automate end-to-end communication with your tenants.
Embrace Customers makes omnichannel customer contact possible. Via chat (bot), WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone or email, you are as property manager 24/7 in contact with your customers. In addition, thanks to the smart CRM software, you always have a 360-degree customer view and you have all the information in one overview within a mouse click.
With Embrace Customers, you can also give your (prospective) tenants the freedom to arrange their own affairs at a time that suits them. For example, in the tenant portal, they can sign rental contracts online and digitally, submit and track repair requests and much more. By automating such repetitive tasks, you reduce the risk of errors and save time. You can link this online self-service to Aareon REMS.
“By automating repetitive tasks, you reduce the risk of errors and save time. This increases the value of your services.”

About PROVADA
The PROVADA is the real estate exchange in the Netherlands. With over 200 exhibitors from the real estate sector — from project developers, investors, builders, architects to financiers, advisors, brokers and housing associations — and more than 70 municipalities, provinces and the State, the public sector is well represented at this real estate fair where the public-private connection is central to the programming.
To offset the event's CO2 emissions, PROVADA joined Trees for all in 2021. They support the Real Estate Forest with a fixed contribution. In addition, they are planting an extra tree for each speaker this year. With around 300 speakers, they all contribute a little bit.
