Together, ARAG and Embrace provide the highest-grossing intranet in the Netherlands

With its Embrace, ARAG has Social Intranet achieved the #2positie in the benchmark study into the “state of affairs of internal digital platforms and content in the Netherlands.” This ranking, compiled by research firm Evolve, assesses how effectively organizations use internal digital media. We look at strategy and policy, and how well the adoption of the intranet is organized. ARAG's platform, AVI, is thus on a list with ASML and Alliander, among others. A great result for which we would like to congratulate ARAG!

ARAG remains committed to optimization, as previously stated in our blog about how they work with the Embrace Checkup have taken their intranet to the next level.

Highest score for Embrace Intranet

Embrace Social is highly rated in the list of most used technologies for intranets and digital workplaces. Although it is used by fewer organizations than Microsoft SharePoint, Embrace gets a much higher score from users: 7.9, the highest score in the benchmark study!

“The negativity surrounding the quality of SharePoint also seems to be decreasing. Where SharePoint used to be ignored, the platform now scores 6.6 in terms of satisfaction among internal communication professionals. By the way, that is still significantly lower than the 7.9 that Embrace scores on average.” — Evolve

About Evolve and the research

This is the fifth edition of the national study into the state of internal digital media and social intranets in the Netherlands. Evolve has benchmarked around 120 organizations in the Netherlands on how successful they are in using internal digital media. They have carried out various (scientific) studies in collaboration with, among others, the Vrije Universiteit and the University of Amsterdam, including research into the role of AI in internal communication, the use of digital platforms by different generations, and the effect of internal social media on connectivity and alignment within organizations.
